Because many talented singers never receive professional training simply because they cannot afford it.

Many modern superstars had access to private coaching, family support, industry connections, and professional development from a young age. Newway wants to give selected artists access to serious training even if they do not come from a wealthy or connected background.

Talent should not need rich parents to be developed. Real talent deserves real training.

23. Who will train the artists?

Newway Training Camp works with professional trainers and industry mentors, including vocal coaches, musicians, music producers, dancers, choreographers, and performance coaches.

Our team includes professionals with over 30 years of experience in the music and entertainment industry. They understand not only how to improve a singer’s voice, but also how to develop stage presence, recording confidence, performance discipline, image, and overall artist readiness.

This is not a basic singing course. It is a serious artist development program designed to help selected trainees grow into complete recording artists.

24. When can trainees start the program?

Newway Training Camp normally accepts new trainees twice a year, with main training sessions beginning in January and July. These two sessions allow trainees to join the program with a structured schedule, proper preparation, and a clear development plan from the beginning.

In some cases, artists with strong existing skills, good vocal foundation, or professional potential may be accepted between sessions. This depends on the artist’s readiness, available training schedule, and the label’s current development plan.

If you are interested in joining Newway Training Camp, we recommend applying early so the team can review your potential and guide you toward the most suitable training period.
